To quote: As you may know from visiting Central Plaza in the last few weeks or watching one of the recent newscasts on PULSE, zombies have staged a full-on invasion of PlayStation Home.

Assassin's Creed II - New Gameplay Style Revealed Using 'Toys' 200°
August 28, 2009 // 8:27 pm - New information has been released on the various gadgets or 'toys' you will be able to play with in the upcoming game from Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed II, as follows:

Coins - Assassin's Creed II will feature an economic system allowing you to apparently pickpocket anyone you see and buy extra knives and other objects throughout the game. Ezio also has the ability to throw some coins into the crowd and watch people scramble to pick them, allowing a very juicy time to escape.

Rumor: PS3's Wii-style Controller revealed in video? 50°
June 18, 2008 // 5:11 pm - The following video posted by ZeroTM appears to show a look at the next generation of PS3 controller, which has taken a bigger leaf out of the Wii's playbook.

Although bear in mind, it could just be a clever fake.. but interesting none the less.

Sony canned Facebook style platform for PSOne 100°
March 28, 2008 // 4:57 pm - Former Sony Entertainment President Chris Deering has said that a "secret Facebook-style web networking platform was being worked on behind-the-scenes by those responsible for launching PSOne."

The project was code named 'Moccasin 5' and would have allowed the PSone to run a "text-based community chat group with a special box called Net-Station that hooked up PCs to the TV."
