Get your laugh on in New Releases the summer's breakout comedy hit Bridesmaids. Kristen Wiig (Saturday Night Live) leads a hilarious cast of females that includes Maya Rudolph (Up All Night), Rose Byrne (X-Men: First Class), Wendi McLendon-Covey (Reno 911!), Ellie Kemper (The Office) and recent Emmy Award winner Melissa McCarty (Mike & Molly).

180w ago - Update: Several sources including Examiner.com now confirm that PSN services are back online!

Despite publishing their weekly PSN Game Store Updates, users are reporting that PSN is down for what appears to be unscheduled maintenance on Sony's PlayStation Network.

According to GamersMint.com, an anonymous source confirmed that the PSN downtime is indeed due to technical issues and not annother intrusion into Sony's online network, to quote:

"The recent PSN outage isn't because of an external intrusion but a technical issue within the network. Should be fixed in the next few hours and is nothing to get worried about. "

This week, we help celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Resident Evil with a ton of new releases and specials around the network! Least of which is the release of Resident Evil 4 on PSN.

The modern classic has been revamped with a visual upgrade, full Trophy support, and the same harrowing gameplay that helped this title redefine action games. If you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you'll also have access to the 50% discount, day 1 for 1 week only, so don't wait!

While you're looking at new PSN releases, keep an eye out for Burnout Crash! and Cubixx HD. Burnout Crash! brings the arcade racer's attention fully focused on, well...the crashes! With the Autolog feature integrated, you'll have a blast piling up wrecks and comparing them with your friends.

We kick off the final week of PLAY today with the release of the highly anticipated Renegade Ops from SEGA.

In Renegade Ops you must defeat Inferno, a madman intent on global domination. Destroy enemies across a range of stunning environments using a wide variety of vehicles. Players have the choice to fight alone in single player mode, team up offline with two-player split screen or join the dynamic 4-player online co-op experience. This week's update brings the final title of the PlayStation Network PLAY event: SEGA's Renegade Ops!

Blending frantic top-down gameplay, a crazy variety of vehicles and weapons, and lest we forget the 4 player co-op; Renegade Ops ends PSN PLAY with a bang!

As part of PSN PLAY, PlayStation Plus subscribers can snag the title for 20% off, while everyone will have free access to a Vehicle & Character DLC Pack, if the game is purchased or was pre-ordered before 9/19.

Another PSN title coming in hot is From Dust, hitting the Store today.
