Hey, everyone. It's time again for the PLAYSTATION Store weekly update.

Qore Digital Magazine:

Episode 03 of Qore: Presented by the PLAYSTATION Network goes way deep into upcoming games featuring DC Super Heroes and includes an exclusive invitation to the Resistance 2 beta, some great artwork, mini-games and a few other surprises.

- Qore Annual Subscribers will be invited to the beta under "Premiere" status and be given early access.
- Qore Ep 03 (single Episode) purchasers will be guaranteed access to the beta at a later date.
- All invitations will be made via email/voucher - the beta WILL NOT be accessed through the Qore download center.
- There will be multiple programs and methods to get access (or a chance to participate) in the Resistance 2 Online Beta. Details to follow.

At least Guitar Hero III players could expand their music list with the "Interscope" Pack.. see below for a full list of updates.

DC Universe Online
We go behind the scenes at SOE to give you all the latest on this MMO action game set in the DC universe. With Jim Lee's involvement (he is the Executive Creative Director on the project), this is shaping up to be one of PS3's biggest upcoming exclusives. Make sure you check out the concept art by Mr. Lee - it is really some amazing stuff.

NBA 09: The Inside
Our new "Qorespondent," Audrey Cleo, travels to SCEA San Diego to get her game on with the development team behind NBA 09: The Inside. This year's iteration introduces "The Life" mode to PS3, with developing stories for three different players and an all-new franchise mode.

343w ago - Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has updated the region's PlayStation Store. This is indeed an interesting week: PixelJunk Eden is available for purchase, along with the demo containing the first stage only.

PSN Card Heading to U.S. Retailers

343w ago - If the following scan is anything to go by, then the PSN card will be rolled out to major other retailers across US instead of just Meijer and Pamida stores.

To quote: PS3 owners in the U.S have been clamoring for PSN cards since shortly after the system's launch. Now, finally, those precious cards are on the way.
