EA Sports Announces 2007 Madden Challenge 50°
September 14, 2007 // 1:30 pm - Another year, another Madden, and another Madden Challenge. EA Sports announced details for the Madden NFL 08 Challenge today, with the Madden Challenge Regional Tournament set to start on September 15 in Dallas, Texas.

The regional tournament will encompass 17 U.S. cities in total, with 256 competitors at each venue; winners will advance to the Finals Tournament in Los Angeles, CA for a chance to win $100,000 dollars. Yahoo takes on Google on adverts 50°
September 5, 2007 // 2:14 am - Yahoo has moved to further strengthen its service to advertisers by buying web marketing business BlueLithium for $300m (£149.4m).

Set up in 2004, BlueLithium provides technology enabling websites to better match adverts with users' interests.

The purchase is the latest in a series of deals by Yahoo as it seeks to regain ground on market leader Google in the web search sector.
