Video: Super Stardust Ultra Launching on PS4 This February 10th

3w ago - XDev Studio Europe Producer Mark O'Connor shared a video today announcing that Super Stardust Ultra is launching on PS4 this February 10th.

To quote: Hello again, everyone. Following up on my post announcing that Super Stardust Ultra was coming to PS4 (which you can read here), it gives me great pleasure to let you all know that it will be available to download next week on February 10th.

I can also confirm that Super Stardust Ultra supports 3D at full 60 frames per second! We think this is something that you'll want to show to friends and family, it really does add an extra dimension to an already unique and great looking game.

Super Stardust Ultra is packed with incredible depth and variety, from five newly designed planets and other visual enhancements, to nine different single-player game modes. Some of which are brand new, only on PS4.

One of these modes is Blockade. As if blasting through hazardous meteor storms or fighting off enemy spacecraft wasn't difficult enough, you now have to avoid an endless trail of deadly mines that are continually dropped from the back of your Star fighter.

The twist however is that everything else on the planet is also destroyed if it makes contact...

4w ago - Sony Director of Marketing Peter Jamshidi shared details today on the February 2015 games lineup for PlayStation Now subscription members below.

To quote: The PlayStation Now subscription service launched on PS4 last month with more than 100 games, and we're just getting started. We'll add games to the service each month, ranging from big blockbuster hits, unique indie games, and everything in between.

Perhaps you had a PS3 but missed some of these games, or maybe you never owned a PS3 at all - either way, our PlayStation Now subscription service offers an easy and convenient way to catch up on your backlog.

Of course, you can choose from two subscription plans - monthly for $19.99, or a three-month package for $44.99 (about $15 per month).

This month you'll find 5 additional games spanning a range of genres. All of these games will be added to the PlayStation Now subscription library on February 3rd, bringing the total of games you can play with your membership to 109.

Also, make sure to check out the weekly PlayStation Store Update post to see the new games available to rent on PlayStation Now.

New Sony PlayStation and PSN Games for February 3, 2015

1100°
4w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements is here with the new PlayStation and PSN games for the upcoming week today, as follows:

Zeus and the gods of Mount Olympus have turned their backs on humanity.

Now, a chosen warrior rises up to climb the sacred summit and strip the very gods of their power. Apotheon leads the valiant charge for new games this week as it launches on PS4.

Inspired by Greek mythology, Apotheon features an eye-catching style and technical 2D combat, peppered with ferocious challenges as you scale Mount Olympus and face its many defenders along the way.

As an added bonus, PlayStation Plus subscribers can pick up Apotheon for free. So let nothing hold you back from claiming your rightful glory in the fires of battle.

But that's just the tip of the spear in this week's lineup. Criminal Girls: Invite Only flips JRPG norms upside down in a quirky new adventure, and Kick & Fennick brings colorful platforming to Vita.

For the full list of games, read on. And enjoy the Drop!
