108w ago - Sanzaru Games President Glen Egan has confirmed that Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is out today on both PS3 and PS Vita gaming platforms.

To quote: The day has finally arrived! Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time goes on sale today in North America. We are so stoked with how the game came together; this is a very proud moment for the whole team!

The game is available at retail, and also as a download from PlayStation Network. You can get the PS3 version for $39.99, which includes the digital PS Vita version at no additional cost, or you can purchase the standalone PS Vita version for $29.99.

We are so happy that players can finally experience the joy of Salim al Kupar's carpet ride and Tennessee Kid's Crack Shot as they follow the gang's adventure, twisting and turning through space and time.

We love how the demos have been received by the Sly Cooper fans, but we have also loved watching a new, younger audience pick up and enjoy the Sly Cooper experience. It's been hard keeping things under wraps for so long, but I can't wait for players to uncover the latest plot twists first hand! Find out more in the launch trailer.

We are also pleased to announce the simultaneous arrival of the Bentley's...

Video: Urban Trial Freestyle Amps Up on PS3 and PS Vita

Video: Urban Trial Freestyle Amps Up on PS3 and PS Vita 50°
109w ago - Tate Interactive GM Wojtek Bilinski has shared a video trailer today announcing that Urban Trial Freestyle amps up on both PS3 and PS Vita platforms.

To quote: We are getting closer to releasing Urban Trial Freestyle - and since we've focused on the PS3 version, we thought it was time to shed more light on the PS Vita version.

Both versions of Urban Trial Freestyle feature the same proprietary physics engine (called Elephant Engine), so in terms of being a trial biking experience, PS Vita and PS3 are quite similar.

Both platforms also feature the same game modes, outfits and motorbike customization. PS Vita is a really powerful machine - as a development team, we were able to include all the same features as those on the PS3 version.

Still, there are some differences between the two versions, including events and background action, billboards and challenges.

PS Vita has a smaller screen, and we decided that trying to match the big platform level of detail would be too much on a handheld platform. When you play Urban Trial Freestyle on your PS3, its likely you'll have a much bigger screen, chilling in a comfortable position in front of the TV, so you can really absorb more elements and...

Soul Sacrifice Hits PS Vita April 30th, Pre-order Extras Revealed

Soul Sacrifice Hits PS Vita April 30th, Pre-order Extras Revealed 50°
109w ago - Sony PlayStation Public Relations Manager Aram Jabbari has revealed today that Soul Sacrifice hits PS Vita this April 30th, alongside the official box art and pre-order extras detailed below!

To quote: Since it was announced for North America, and as new assets and details are rolled out to eager fans worldwide, excitement for Soul Sacrifice has only increased.

No other title for PlayStation Vita combines the same frantic real-time combat, thrilling sense of scale, smartly interwoven cooperative multiplayer, or meaningful character customization... Not to mention the contributions of legends of gaming like designer Keiji Inafune or composer Yasunori Mitsuda and Wataru Hokoyama.

For weeks, fans have asked for more info about the game's North American release, wanting a final date and box art, and details about possible pre-order extras. Finally, those questions can be answered!

Soul Sacrifice for PS Vita launches in stores and via PlayStation Network on April 30th, 2013. As for the box art, it is essentially the same as that which Japanese fans will proudly display on their shelves (or pedestals, if you're a pedestal kind of person):

Fans who pre-order Soul Sacrifice will receive an exclusive pack of in-game content - it will not be sold anywhere else!
