Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package PS3 DLC Hits PSN Tomorrow

Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package PS3 DLC Hits PSN Tomorrow 700°
253w ago - Last week we announced news of the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package Expansion for PS3, and today Infinity Ward's Creative Strategist Robert Bowling has confirmed that it will arrive tomorrow on PlayStation Network and shared details, as follows:

Tomorrow, May 4th, will be an onslaught of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer goodness on the PlayStation Network!

First and foremost, the first downloadable content for Modern Warfare 2 – The Stimulus Package – will hit the PSN Store for $14.99 and bring with it five new maps to the multiplayer of MW2.

Included in those five new maps are two classic Call of Duty 4 maps that we all know and love, and three completely new locations that offer a variety of unique locations for your favorite gametypes. The Stimulus Package includes:

• Bailout - An American apartment complex that is amazing for objective gametypes, especially Capture the Flag, but one of those maps that works well regardless of what type of game you're playing it on. Its long sightlines – like sniping from a blown-out wall of a second-story apartment suite – give it some nice spots for long-range...

Kick-Ass for PS3 is Available on PSN in Europe This Week

Kick-Ass for PS3 is Available on PSN in Europe This Week 200°
253w ago - Last week Kick-Ass for PS3 hit the North American PlayStation Store, and today WHA Entertainment's CEO/Founder Howard Horowitz has announced it will also be available on the European PSN Store this week.

To quote: This is WHA Entertainment, the publisher for Kick-Ass the video game, available Wednesday 5th May. The story line direction we took for the transition from movie and comic to the Sony PSN game will have fans of the IP excited about playing the game.

How come nobody's ever tried to be a superhero? Because It Hurts.

The game lets you pick your superhero to play, Kick-Ass, Big Daddy and Hit Girl. Each has its own unique weapons, fighting and style of game play. Even in 2 player local co-op mode, you're able to select any of these great superhero's. Strap on, and we on our way into the street level of New York City.

Were sure to get an asskicking here, and Kick-Ass is not any different from us. See him get his ass kicked in front of the Donut shop. The story line, game levels and locations work as close to the movie as what was possible. Of course there was one superhero we didn't want to get rid of.

As we're moving from level to level, we're...

Car Jack Streets for PS3 and PSP Minis Arrives on PSN Store

Car Jack Streets for PS3 and PSP Minis Arrives on PSN Store 350°
253w ago - Today Tag Games Managing Director & Founder Paul Farley has announced that Car Jack Streets for PS3 and PSP Minis has arrived on Sony's PSN Store.

To quote: If you haven't heard of the game before, it's best described as an action, driving, and crime game. You play as Randal Meyers, a small-town crook that's run up a million dollars in debt to the Mob... and they want it back!

You need to do whatever you can to pay that debt back, or else you're a dead man. Rob banks, steal cars, do jobs for the crime lords and even deliver pizza if you have to. Just make those payments on time, or else...

Car Jack Streets started life a few years ago when a few Tag Games team members (who also worked on the first Grand Theft Auto games) suggested we try and make a GTA-style game for cell phones.

Trying to cram all that content into a very small device was hard work, but we did it and Car Jack Streets was born! It was very important for us when designing the game that it took into account that most people would play for short periods of time and would probably be traveling or doing other things while playing.

With this in mind we added an innovative real-time element: the time in the game is the...
