276w ago - Xdev Studio Europe Producer John McLaughlin has posted a video announcement today on the PlayStation Blog that Crash Commando for PS3 is getting a price drop on PSN.

To quote: Staff Sergant McLaughlin is pleased to announce a permanent 2 Euro price drop starting on the 11th February, which means the game will now be selling for €7.99/£6.29.

The Crash Commando community are hungry for fresh meat so load up your rocket launcher, check your side arm, and make sure you have enough C4 to blow them all to bits!!

COD: Modern Warfare 2 Delayed on PC, Activision Defends Price 400°
295w ago - Today Electronic Theatre (linked above) has confirmed that the PC version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been delayed, and will launch on November 24 which is two weeks after its console counterparts.

There is no official reason for the delay yet, although it is speculated that it is due to insufficient manufacturing output to have enough PC copies ready by November 10 to meet demand or that Infinity Ward wants to implement more stringent copy-protection to combat piracy.

PSPGo Already Getting UnOfficial Price Cut in UK, Sales Increase 300°
295w ago - It's only been a few days since the release of the PSPGo and the console is already getting an unofficial price cut in the UK.

Numerous reports indicate that a number of retailers have already slashed the price of the system, as follows:

UK retailers have already started dropping the price of PSPgo, with Amazon, Play, GAME and HMV now selling the machine for £199.99.

It was £224.99 when it launched last week.

SCEE said earlier today that PSP hardware sales have risen since PSPgo released on October 1st.

298w ago - To follow-up on the previous rumor, today a leaked Toys R Us ad is pointing at a $50 Nintendo Wii price drop to $199 this month.

To quote: "While the Walmart listing we saw didn't put a price tag on the Wii–currently still at its launch price of $249 USD–the Toys R Us version does, pegging the new MSRP at $199.
