Sony PlayStation Now Subscriptions: February 2015 Games Lineup 400°
4w ago - Sony Director of Marketing Peter Jamshidi shared details today on the February 2015 games lineup for PlayStation Now subscription members below.

To quote: The PlayStation Now subscription service launched on PS4 last month with more than 100 games, and we're just getting started. We'll add games to the service each month, ranging from big blockbuster hits, unique indie games, and everything in between.

Perhaps you had a PS3 but missed some of these games, or maybe you never owned a PS3 at all - either way, our PlayStation Now subscription service offers an easy and convenient way to catch up on your backlog.

Of course, you can choose from two subscription plans - monthly for $19.99, or a three-month package for $44.99 (about $15 per month).

This month you'll find 5 additional games spanning a range of genres. All of these games will be added to the PlayStation Now subscription library on February 3rd, bringing the total of games you can play with your membership to 109.

Also, make sure to check out the weekly PlayStation Store Update post to see the new games available to rent on PlayStation Now.

New Sony PlayStation and PSN Games for February 3, 2015 1100°
5w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements is here with the new PlayStation and PSN games for the upcoming week today, as follows:

Zeus and the gods of Mount Olympus have turned their backs on humanity.

Now, a chosen warrior rises up to climb the sacred summit and strip the very gods of their power. Apotheon leads the valiant charge for new games this week as it launches on PS4.

Inspired by Greek mythology, Apotheon features an eye-catching style and technical 2D combat, peppered with ferocious challenges as you scale Mount Olympus and face its many defenders along the way.

As an added bonus, PlayStation Plus subscribers can pick up Apotheon for free. So let nothing hold you back from claiming your rightful glory in the fires of battle.

But that's just the tip of the spear in this week's lineup. Criminal Girls: Invite Only flips JRPG norms upside down in a quirky new adventure, and Kick & Fennick brings colorful platforming to Vita.

For the full list of games, read on. And enjoy the Drop!

Sony Unveils PlayStation Plus: February 2015 Free PSN Games

Sony Unveils PlayStation Plus: February 2015 Free PSN Games 1000°
5w ago - Sony Senior Community Specialist Kristine Steimer unveiled the upcoming PlayStation Plus free PSN games for February, 2015 today!

To quote: This is a pretty awesome month for PlayStation Plus members with a variety of quality titles across PlayStation platforms entering the service.

On PlayStation 4 you'll receive one of the coolest games from last year - the critically acclaimed strategy/action RPG Transistor. PS4 owners will also get Apotheon, an action platformer set in Greek mythology, the day it releases on PlayStation Store.

PlayStation 3 owners can explore the ins and outs of Tokyo with Yakuza 4 or sneak about The City stealing what you can in Thief.

PlayStation Vita owners can see how many generations of champions it takes to beat the quirky Rogue Legacy and jump around as a little boy with a big gun (not so much for shooting enemies as it is launching you around) in Kick & Fennick, which is also releasing day and date in PlayStation Plus.

All of these games will be free for Plus members starting February 3rd. If you want to see these titles in action, check out the video below. When you watch, you may notice that the voice over has changed a bit, and my friend Ryan Clements is narrating instead of me.

He'll be handling the Plus communications...

New Sony PlayStation and PSN Games for January 27, 2015

New Sony PlayStation and PSN Games for January 27, 2015 1050°
6w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements is here with the new PlayStation and PSN games for the upcoming week below, as follows:

It's a special week in the world of PlayStation, as the legendary adventure game Grim Fandango returns to the spotlight in a gorgeous, remastered edition for PS4 and Vita. Welcome back, Manny!

In Grim Fandango Remastered, players are (re)introduced to Manny Calavera, a travel agent working at the Department of Death. Manny sells travel accommodations to souls on their way to eternal rest, until he gets tugged into a conspiracy that's a little more high stakes than just "life or death."

Grim Fandango has been meticulously enhanced with a new lighting system, higher resolution assets, and even remastered audio to sweeten an already spectacular score. For old fans and newcomers alike, Grim Fandango is required playing in this curriculum we call video games.

Speaking of the dead - or the undead, in this case - Dying Light arrives on PS4 with an open-world apocalypse. Traverse massive environments littered with infected in order to survive. Gather items, craft weapons, and outrun all the hungry zombies that have unanimously elected you as their next meal.

There's more games coming, though, so read on for the full list. And as always,...
