Video: Joe Danger 2 is Coming to PlayStation Vita on January 13th 200°
8w ago - Hello Games' Alex Wiltshire confirmed today alongside a video trailer that Joe Danger 2 is coming to PlayStation Vita on January 13th, 2015.

To quote: Hello, PlayStation.Blog! Did you have a good Christmas? We did. We slept and slept so we could fully recover from working up to PlayStation Experience, and now we almost feel back to normal. And ready for 2015!

So let's kick it off. We're excited to announce that Joe Danger 2: The Movie for PS Vita will be released in North America on January 13th.

In Joe Danger 2 for Vita, we have some special guest appearances, courtesy of our friends and neighbours Media Molecule. From the lovely Tearaway we've got Atoi and Iota, and from LittleBigPlanet we've got Sackboy.

They join all nine of the mercs from Team Fortress 2 and Steve from Minecraft. These were part of the PC version, from where we've also brought across a special Minecraft stage for Movie Maker, Joe Danger 2's level editing mode.

Weirdly, all this actually makes Joe Danger 2 for Vita the biggest-ever version of the game! Hours and hours of play await across 85 levels, including 15 from the Undead Movie Pack, which comes included in the Downloadable Tours section - plus a total of 35 playable characters.

And like JD on Vita, which we released...

Remote Play is one of my favorite features of PS Vita. This feature lets you stream your PS4 games from your PS4 system over Wi-Fi to your PS Vita. So if the living room TV is tied up, just use Remote Play to send your PS4 game to your Vita and continue playing. For instructions on how to link your PS4 to your PS Vita for Remote Play, click here.

PlayStation Now

Our game streaming service that uses cloud-based technology, PS Now, launched in open beta on PS Vita just a few months ago. Through PS Now, you can play hit PS3 games like God of War: Ascension and inFAMOUS on a portable system - how cool is that? To get started, download...

Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD Leaps to PlayStation Vita Today

Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD Leaps to PlayStation Vita Today 100°
11w ago - Oddworld Inhabitants Community Manager Wil Bunce-Edwards announced that Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD leaps to PlayStation Vita today.

To quote: Hey PlayStation fans. We're excited today to announce that later today we'll be releasing Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD onto PS Vita via PlayStation Store.

For those that don't know the game, Abe is back after starring in the first two Oddworld games (and this year's Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty on PlayStation 4), but now he's playing second fiddle to a new hero called Munch. Munch is a Gabbit, and the last of his kind. As their guardian angel, it's your destiny to bring his species back from the brink of extinction.

Munch and Abe's destination is Vykkers Labs, a floating pharmaceutical station running all sorts of grizzly experiments on Oddworld's cutest critters in the name of a better fabric softener. It's here they'll find not only stockpiled Mudokon eggs on sale to factory owners as cheap labor, but also the last can of Gabbiar, the disgusting delicacy that is raw Gabbit eggs.

On their way they'll infiltrate factories and bankrupt the CEOs by donating to a corrupt charity that's funding their latest Oddysee.

Munch's Oddysee carries many similar themes and mechanics to Abe's Oddysee, including the planned extinction of...
