Video: Warframe: Mesa PS4 Update Details for PlayStation 4

50°
11w ago - Digital Extremes Associate Producer Pat Kudirka announced news today of their Warframe: Mesa PS4 update with a video and details for PlayStation 4 users below.

To quote: Remember the time Alad V threatened the entire Solar System with revenge shortly after we discovered his secret ships filled with Infested Corpus?

It didn't seem like the best idea at the time, but then again when you've been kicked off the Corpus board and denied any chance of future Profit, what other options do you have? Besides getting a normal job that is. Blegh!

Well after a few months of planning, Alad V has finally returned, and the results of his experimentation have been set loose upon us all. Brand new Infested machines are at his disposal, alongside rumors of a secret weapon that could even have Warframes at his twisted command.

Sharpen those blades and ready your weapons, Tenno. The Mutalist Incursion has arrived.

Operation: Mutalist Incursions

Infested are invading the Solar System in unprecedented numbers, and with each passing day more nodes fall under Alad V's influence. Fortunately we all know the solution to Infested is just a pinch of fire, liberally applied around the face, body, and limbs of any aggressive organism. Some Tenno have reported having...

11w ago - Edge of Reality's Greg Bauman announced that free to play shooter Loadout hits PS4 today with lots of extras for PS Plus members!

Below are the details, to quote: It's here, PlayStation fans! Greg Bauman here from Edge of Reality, and I've got good news: the guns are loaded, the sights are balanced, the explosives are primed, and the maps have been stain-proofed, which means Loadout will be ready to download and play today, for FREE, on PlayStation 4!

Starting today, you and your friends can start assembling the guns of your (deeply disturbing) dreams, and begin a healthy debate over whose weapon is better at reducing whom to a bloody paste. Loadout has literally billions of gun combinations, and you can start trying them out on the nearest unsuspecting chump - for FREE.

Really, if you're trying to determine whether a laser-guided tesla missile will kill someone faster than a flaming death beam, the best method is to test for yourself, don't you think?

Speaking of trying things for yourself, I should remind you again that Loadout is Free-to-Play on PS4! You can download the game and start perfecting the art of self-expression via explosive projectiles just as soon as you can get to the PlayStation Store.

What's more, if you're a PlayStation Plus member, you'll...

Ubisoft Announces Tetris Ultimate is Out Today on PlayStation 4

11w ago - Ubisoft Producer Adrian Price announced that Tetris Ultimate is out today on PlayStation 4 with details below.

To quote: Hi, I'm Adrian Price, a producer at Ubisoft and I'm very happy to be able to give you a glimpse of what to expect in Tetris Ultimate for PS4.

It's been a privilege to have helped create the latest version of a title that practically everyone knows about. A year ago we started thinking about how and what we wanted the game to be and I think we've added some great features players are really going to enjoy.

The game is filled with challenges that will reward you with Trophies. Some are quite difficult to get, but practice makes perfect. Then we have the ranking system where you are awarded 'belts', like in martial arts. I've been privileged enough to see a couple of people obtain a black-belt, and it's quite an impressive sight to see how they play the game at the level they do.

If you're not able to play online, which is just one way of playing each of the six modes within the game, or want to practice your skills and get your own black-belt, we've given you the ability to play against the AI Tetribots. There are four of them and they range from the Apprentice - which even I can beat - to the Master Tetribot. If you can beat this guy even once, you know...

Road Not Taken Free PS4 Update is Out Now on PlayStation 4

100°
11w ago - Spry Fox CEO David Edery announced that the Road Not Taken free PS4 update is out now on PlayStation 4 with details below!

To quote: Hi folks! We're pleased to announce the first major (free!) update to Road Not Taken is hitting your PS4s now! There's a lot of goodies in here, the most notable of which include:

• "Easier" mode and hard mode: many people have told us that while they love the original gameplay and the art in Road Not Taken, the game is simply too difficult for them. After chewing on this feedback for a while, we decided to split the game into two modes, Normal and Hard.

"Hard" is basically our original mode with just a few tweaks; "Normal" is a new mode that is more generous with energy and has less crowded (and therefore less difficult) rooms, among other changes.

In addition, checkpoints are now less punishing to use (in both modes), so players who felt like they were pointless before will hopefully find them more of a tempting gamble now.

• New "just for fun" Timed Mode: try to rescue all the kids within four minutes! You lose time whenever you take damage, and you add time to the clock whenever you eat food and rescue children. Timed Mode has no impact on your career, so it's a great way to enjoy Road Not Taken for a few minutes with limited...
