I won't explain the details here yet until the project is finished 100%, also cuz many devs want to take a look at first and not get it patched that fast.

No Gravity: The Plague Of Mind Coming to PSN Tomorrow

250°
313w ago - Today Sebastien Rubens of the PlayStation Blog announced news that No Gravity: The Plague Of Mind is hitting PSN tomorrow. To quote:

No Gravity, a science-fiction space journey that goes beyond a simple space shooter, hit the headlines for the first time in 2007 as a "homebrew" game for the PSP. It was acclaimed as a game that "puts tons of retail games to shame with its incredible polish."

It was a long time ago, and since then, No Gravity has been entirely rewritten and improved to meet higher standards: this is the new version you will be able to download on the PlayStation Store tomorrow for your PSP.

You will be able to choose up to 5 spaceships (paired with pilots), each of them having different capabilities that you can use to your advantage across 31 different missions (each mission is composed of different sectors).

Some spaceships are faster which can help with time limited missions, or have more powerful weapons which help destroy bosses, or have better shields which can help sustain attacks from highly powerful weapons.

The most powerful two ships will be unlocked when you reach some specific goals. Note that you will be able to use any ship in the first person, but...

FFXIII for PS3 On Track for 2009 in Japan, Demo One Hour Long

50°
313w ago - According to an article in the latest Famitsu, development of Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 is reportedly going very well. Things look all set for a 2009 launch still, and it's reported the demo will be one hour long.

To quote: In some ways, we're like, "yay, we get to talk about Final Fantasy XIII all year!" and in other ways, we're like, "...damnit, we have to talk about Final Fantasy XIII all damn year."

God only knows how far off a North American release date is, but we do have some relatively good news for you. We say "relatively" because Square-Enix president Yoichi Wada mentioned that the delay of Dragon Quest IX for the DS may cause the release of FFXIII to slip.

Thankfully, this doesn't appear to be the case: FFXIII director and writer Motomu Toriyama simply said in response- "Development is going favorably for a 2009 launch."

This was in the latest Famitsu, so we're going to say it's accurate and up-to-date, but don't get too excited; he's obviously only talking about Japan.

But at least this means we might still see the game in the second quarter of 2010, so cross your fingers and wish really, really hard.
