Videos: Dante's Inferno: Trials of St. Lucia PS3 DLC Hits PSN

50°
252w ago - Lead Designer Greg Rizzer has posted up some videos today of Dante's Inferno: Trials of St. Lucia PS3 DLC which will be hitting the PSN Store soon.

To quote: I'm really excited to launch this expansion pack for fans of Dante's Inferno.

The Trials of St. Lucia is a unique DLC package. First off, we are introducing an entirely new playable character: St. Lucia.

She has her own set of moves and features much more aerial style combat that Dante. Our character team did an amazing job with her. She looks amazing and adds new depth – also, I think her wings look amazing!

Second, we have added online cooperative play. The ability to be able to go online and fight hordes of creatures with a friend is really fun. I think the co-op feature is something that fans of this game genre will appreciate.

Also, with this new DLC, we're shipping an entire Trial creation editor! This is a cool and easy-to-use tool that will let you create your own Trials, play them, and even upload them to the community so other people can rate them and attempt to beat your master creation.

That's a lot of content for $10! But that's not all: In addition to those big features, we are also shipping 40 Trials that were created...

Dragon Age: Origins Ostagar PS3 DLC Hits PSN on March 11, 2010

100°
261w ago - The PlayStation 3 version of Dragon Age: Origins Return to Ostagar downloadable content has passed certification, and is now scheduled to hit PS3 via PSN on March 11, 2010.

The expansion was supposed to be released for all three platforms (PS3, XBox 360, PC) during the holidays but got pushed back; it eventually released for the 360 in January but had to be taken back due to glitches and other problems.

Then, on January 29, 360 and PC owners finally got a clean expansion, but PS3 owners have been waiting ever since.

To quote: "Now an official post on the BioWare forums has announced that the new content has finally passed PlayStation 3 certification, and will be hitting the PlayStation Network on March 11th, giving players four days to blaze through Ostagar before the Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening expansion is released.

It's still a relatively long wait, but at least you'll be busy for a while once it drops."
