Video: Sony Announces Germinator Oozes to PS3 and PS Vita Today 50°
104w ago - Creat Studios VP of Publishing Scott Hyman has announced via Sony's Blog that Germinator oozes to PS3 and PS Vita today with details below!

To quote: Hello again, PlayStation enthusiasts! Scott here from Creat Studios, with an update about our newest game for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, Germinator.

Germinator is available in North America today, March 5th, on both platforms for $9.99. But if you want 'em both, there's a bundle for $14.99.

If you do pick up the game on both platforms, the Cross Save feature will let you save your progress and continue on either platform. We wouldn't want to hold you back from beating the hardest puzzle levels just because you have to leave the house, would we?

We've designed the PS Vita version to take full advantage of the device's touchscreen capabilities. You can direct your Germs to shoot by the touch of a fingertip, and activate Germs special abilities with a quick swipe. Watch the video and see how it plays:

We'll have more info, updates and fun new contest giveaways by following @CreatStudios on Twitter and liking us on Facebook.

Introducing Thomas Was Alone, Coming Soon to PS3 and PS Vita 100°
105w ago - Designer Mike Bithell has officially introduced Thomas Was Alone today, which is coming soon to both PS3 and PS Vita consoles.

To quote: The first console I ever bought for myself was a PlayStation 2. I remember digesting every single game on the packaged demo disk in fevered anticipation, while saving up the money to buy Metal Gear Solid 2 to go with it. For the record, I always thought Raiden was cool.

Now I've wowed you with my PlayStation fanboy credentials, I hope you'll understand the excitement I feel at uttering the following words: This Spring, Thomas Was Alone is coming to PlayStation 3 and PS Vita (with cross buy).

Which is, if we're honest, ridiculous. I made a game about rectangles and friendship in my free time. I was lucky enough to find some incredible collaborators who made my script sound good, and my environments sound far more awesome than their humble rectangular graphics.

I was shocked when a community formed and people actually played it. According to the Internet, they liked it too.

And, thanks to the cool people at Bossa, Curve and Sony, that game is coming to a console near you, very, very soon.

Thomas Was Alone is a platformer where the goal is simple - get all the characters to their exit portals. You'll find...
