NIS America: Criminal Girls: Invite Only Out Tomorrow on PS Vita

NIS America: Criminal Girls: Invite Only Out Tomorrow on PS Vita 550°
4w ago - NIS America, Inc Marketing Coordinator Jordan Vincent announced that Criminal Girls: Invite Only is officially out tomorrow on PS Vita!

To quote: Your team is being decimated. Everyone's down to 10 HP or less. But there's hope, one more slash and the enemy's toast.

Kisaragi has the initiative so you tell her to attack. This is it...

"I don't want to, and you can't make me!" Wait. What?

Not really what you expect to hear when you ask your teammate to do something in an RPG, is it? Criminal Girls: Invite Only reimagines the obedient teams of traditional RPGs under a new paradigm. These girls didn't volunteer to help you.

They're delinquents who have been damned to an eternity in Hell. It's your job to teach them the value of hard work and guide them on their way out of the fiery embrace of Hell.

So who are the sinful girls you'll be turning into a cohesive and heavenly team? Let's meet them.

Kisaragi is the first firebrand in your troupe. From the get-go, her obsession with status and money are apparent. Her tongue is sharp, and her words can turn to venom. Turned in the right direction though, she can be a great asset to your team.

Alice is the quiet one. To call her mysterious would be an understatement. Constant whispers...

Powers Premieres March 10th 2015, Only on Sony PlayStation

Powers Premieres March 10th 2015, Only on Sony PlayStation 100°
6w ago - Executive Producer Brian Michael Bendis announced today that Powers premieres on March 10th, 2015 and only on Sony PlayStation!

To quote: Hey PlayStation Nation!

Brian Michael Bendis here again, co-creator of the POWERS comic books and executive producer of the show, and I have some big updates from the set of POWERS, the first original live-action series for PlayStation Network.

I'm happy to report that production has wrapped on all 10 episodes of POWERS. Under the skillful hands of our showrunners Charlie Huston and Remi Aubuchon, our amazing directors, writers, cast and crew, the episodes are coming together beautifully.

As I sift through different cuts of the episodes and the raw footage, I've been hearing from our cast on the set about how much fun everyone has been having. They battled the Atlanta weather and the flu and they pulled together and really gave it their all.

So it is my honor and privilege to officially tell you that PlayStation will be releasing the first three episodes on March 10th followed by the debut of a new episode every Tuesday on PlayStation Store.

Stream the first episode for free on PlayStation Store or at playstation.com/powers and the...

Video: Playbrains Announces Sideway: New York Only on PSN Now

Video: Playbrains Announces Sideway: New York Only on PSN Now 50°
177w ago - Today Playbrains Studio Director Scott Simpson has made available some new video footage and announced that beginning now Sideway: New York is live only on PSN!

To quote: In Hollywood circles, there is a well-known tradition where Steven Spielberg and George Lucas will skip town and go somewhere remote right about when they have a big movie opening.

They do this mostly for good luck, but also to avoid the press and ignore the grosses. Basically, they generally try to get their mind off of the project they've dedicated much of their recent lives to create.

I mention this because our adventure platformer Sideway: New York is all wrapped and done and will be available only on PSN as of today's PlayStation Store update. I also mention this because at this moment, a few of us here at the studio are out in Zimbabwe embarking on a new work project. (Oooh, I can just see the screaming blog headlines now: "Game Developer compares his game to Star Wars").

I mention this preamble principally because my beloved perfect record for responding to questions and comments on the PlayStation.Blog is (*sniff*) about to be sullied and...
