December 14, 2009 // 10:00 pm - Tomorrow Games for Windows Live will be getting Games on Demand, allowing gamers to access and download their Live favorites.

Games on Demand for Windows lets you purchase and download titles from the Games for Windows Live library from your computer, and allows you to reinstall your games whenever you want, wherever you want.

Microsoft Responds to Inconsistent 'Games on Demand' Pricing 350°
August 11, 2009 // 10:28 pm - Microsoft's Games on Demand pricing isn't consistent across the globe. What costs $20 in one place costs $40 (or sometimes more) in another.

Kotaku asked Microsoft, why the discrepancy?

OnLive On Demand Video Game Platform Slated for Winter 2009 400°
March 24, 2009 // 12:17 pm - Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo, look out... a start-up called OnLive announced a brand-new game distribution system Monday night that, if it works as planned, could change the games game forever.

OnLive, which was started by WebTV founder Steve Perlman and former Eidos CEO Mike McGarvey, is aiming to launch a system--seven years in the works--that will digitally distribute first-run, AAA games from publishers like Electronic Arts, Take-Two, Ubisoft, Atari, and others, all at the same time as those titles are released into retail channels.

Prosecutor, Hollywood Demand Prison for Pirate Bay Crew 400°

Sony's Stringer: We Can't Make Enough PS3s to Meet Demand 100°
August 28, 2008 // 9:55 pm - Sony CEO Howard Stringer has revealed that consumers are purchasing PS3 systems faster than Sony can possibly produce them.

Obviously this contributes to what is known as a production bottleneck for the PS3. He also added that Sony continue to make a loss on every PS3 console sold.

Video On Demand Comes To PS3 Early 2008 50°
November 30, 2007 // 2:37 pm - Sony Computer Entertainment plans to launch an on-demand high-definition video service in Japan for PlayStation 3 early next year, according to Japanese press reports.
Japanese PS3 owners with Internet access will be able to download content onto their PS3 hard drives. The first offerings will be motor-racing vids and a BBC car documentary that Sony hopes will interest owners of its "Gran Turismo 5 Prologue," which bows Dec. 13. Each download will cost about $1.85.
