Sony PS3 Gets Fried in Mysterious Psyclone HDMI Cable Blaze 400°
January 13, 2010 // 1:57 pm - A PS3 owner has revealed to Gizmodo (linked above) that his Sony PlayStation 3 console became a little burnt after plugging in a Psychlone HDMI cable.

The big fry up ended after around 10 seconds once the cord had eventually melted off, however, it still caused quite a bit of damage.

To quote: "He had his PS3 plugged into an electrical source although it wasn't running any games at the time of this. He plugged in his Psyclone HDMI cable from his Samsung 32-inch flatpanel TV to the PS3 when the sparks started flying.

July 10, 2009 // 5:55 am - Today LittleBigPlanet has received a mysterious and sizeable 80MB patch v1.16 update, which some are speculating may be a new level pack... perhaps the rumored Ghostbusters one?

January 16, 2009 // 11:45 pm - It appears Microsoft has released a mysterious new dash update for the XBox 360, and is slowly making its way to all consoles that are connected to XBox Live. There is no word yet on what is new about it...

7th Dragon: Sega's Mysterious New RPG Revealed 50°
September 24, 2008 // 8:21 pm - Last week, Sega opened up a teaser site for a mysterious new RPG that was being produced by Rieko Kodama of Phantasy Star fame, directed by Kazuya Niinou of Ertain Odyssey fame, and would feature music from Yuzo Koshiro of Streets of Rage fame. Famitsu managed to unearth proper details on the game, including a name and first gameplay information.

BioShock for PS3 needs help from a Mysterious Third Party 200°
June 4, 2008 // 4:15 pm - The folks at the Official PlayStation blog have revealed that a studio other than 2K are working on the PS3 version of BioShock.

Because this is the first title from the respective studios, they have sought the help of another development partner with 'outstanding PS3 specific coding chops' to help out with the project.

They did not mention the studio, but said they will look forward to revealing the name in the future.
