Introducing new enemies and gameplay tactics, The Assignment sets the stage for the concluding chapter of Kidman's Adventure, The Consequence, releasing later this Spring.

The Evil Within: The Assignment releases on PS4 and PS3 Tuesday, March 10th for $9.99. Watch the trailer above, and for an extended look at gameplay, follow Bethesda on Twitch and tune in Monday, March 9th at 4pm Eastern.

The Ins and Outs (and Ups and Downs) of Designing N++ PS4 Levels

50°
12w ago - Metanet Co-Founder Mare Sheppard is here with details on the ins and outs (and ups and downs, and lefts and rights) of designing N++ levels for PS4 below.

To quote: We're back with more news about N++!

Before we get into that, we want to let you know that we (and N++!) will be at Playstation Experience (December 6-7, Booth # I31)! In addition to showing the game, we're also hosting a panel where we'll discuss the development of N++. See you there!

The question on everybody's mind is probably "when the heck is N++ going to come out?!", or possibly "what the heck is N++?" - for the answers to those questions and more, check out our devblog and tumblr.

For now, we'd like to announce that N++ will have a groundbreaking 1000 levels, and we'd like to tell you more about how they're made. Settle in, this is a detailed process.

N++ is a game that lives and dies by its levels, so making great levels is one of the main things we are making sure we nail. We started making levels for N++ in 2010, and have amassed about 2000 to refine...
