* removed the spash screen
* cheat for sky/moon/mars has been moved to the menu
* protect .dat files from accidental overwrites

PSP Keyboard and GPS due Within the Next 12 Months 400°
May 22, 2008 // 10:44 pm - Sony senior marketing manager John Koller has revealed that the company's official PSP keyboard peripheral, first announced during this year's Consumer Electronics Show, is slated to hit North American within "the next 12 months."

Additionally, Koller once again reiterated that the GPS peripheral, already released in Japan and Europe, is also due for a stateside release during same timeframe as part of the company's mobile social focus.

Sony has been talking about both peripherals for some time, let's hope at least one of them will hit the market by...

PSP GPS Go Explore review with video! 50°
March 30, 2008 // 12:27 am - Ever since Sony announced that GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver and mapping software for PSP would be available in Japan, PSP fans have been waiting with baited breath that maps for other part of the world would be made available as well. Wait no further... the GPS receiver is now available for sale elsewhere.

Good news to all PSP fans in UK. The Go Explore software and GPS receiver is coming to you. You can now use your PSP as GPS Sat Nav system to navigate around London in 3D. How cool is that?

PS3 blue tooth headset and PSP GPS unit details! 200°
March 10, 2008 // 7:32 pm - Details have emerged for the PS3 Blue tooth headset and the GPS unit. The PS3 headset will cost $49.99 for the standalone version and the SOCOM: Confrontation bundle will cost $59.99, it is expected to launch in July/August.

The PSP GPS Unit will apparently be competitive against any current GPS system and will be a extremely high value/low consumer cost portable navigation solution.

Huge space truck races into orbit 100°
March 9, 2008 // 2:13 pm - Europe's new orbital cargo ship has launched from French Guiana on a mission to resupply the space station.

The Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) is the biggest and most complex spacecraft Europe has ever tried to put in orbit.

The 20-tonne unmanned freighter left the Kourou spaceport at 0403 GMT, riding atop an Ariane 5 rocket.

The spectacular night launch in the South American jungle was declared a success once the ATV had separated from its booster 66 minutes after lift-off.

The news was cheered by a huge crowd of VIPs, space agency officials...

PSP GPS and Camera to hit in 2008, Keyboard coming in 2009 250°
January 8, 2008 // 2:27 pm - Sony representatives have confirmed that the recently announced PSP GPS attachment and camera are scheduled to hit this year in the US.

Furthermore, the company revealed that it is working on a first-party keyboard solution.

According to the source above it's still a ways off though, and we won't be seeing the PSP Keyboard until 2009 at the earliest.

GPS for Sony PSP coming to US 50°
January 6, 2008 // 11:09 pm - The GPS receiver for the Sony PSP is about to find its way out of Japan and into US gamers' hands.

According to Sony's CES 2008 page, "Your PSP will provide 2D/3D locations, driving directions, POI's, and even downloadable city guides."

No official release date or price - the peripheral in Japan retailed for approximately US $51. Of course, if you're impatient, you can always hack the PSP now.
