GT5: Grind A-Spec PS3 Project for Teensy Development Boards 550°
February 23, 2011 // 1:12 pm - This PS3 project might help someone out there to use their Teensy development boards for at least something, I call it my GT5: Grind A-Spec babysitter.

I got the idea from a mate of mine who used a keypad with paper wedged in to keep the enter key depressed and a controller with rubber bands and presstic. I don't own a usb keuboard or keypad, so I asked some questions and did some reading and this is the result.

Keep in mind I know nothing about programming and I can not help with other development boards.. although the code is very simple, I had to ask for advice.

PS3 Not Compatible with New BDXL Spec 128GB Blu-ray Discs? 850°
April 4, 2010 // 6:04 pm - This weekend Engadget (linked above) reported that unlike going 3D this summer, Sony's PS3 entertainment system won't be able to read the upcoming 128GB BDXL Spec Blu-ray discs with just a PlayStation 3 Firmware update... a new player will likely be required.

Video: Spec Ops: The Line VGA 2009 Exclusive Debut Trailer 200°
December 13, 2009 // 12:51 pm - A new third person shooter was announced at the VGA's last night.

Spec Ops: The Line is an upcoming post-apocalyptic shooter video game that takes place in Dubai.

It is currently under development by Yager Development and published by 2K Games for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

Below is the debut trailer for Spec Ops: The Line, from the 2009 Video Game Awards.

Sony's New Blu-spec Brings Blu-ray to CD Audio 300°
November 5, 2008 // 8:24 pm - Today Sony Music Entertainment Japan has unveiled a new Blu-spec CD format that promises higher quality audio by using Blu-ray technologies.

Sony will release 60 Blu-spec music CD's (mostly Classical and Jazz albums) on December 24, 2008. Sony also state they are hoping to encourage rival studios like EMI & Universal to support the format.

To quote: Blu-spec uses the blue lasers that would normally master Blu-ray movies to cut CDs more accurately than would be possible with red lasers.
