NIS America: Criminal Girls: Invite Only Out Tomorrow on PS Vita

550°
4w ago - NIS America, Inc Marketing Coordinator Jordan Vincent announced that Criminal Girls: Invite Only is officially out tomorrow on PS Vita!

To quote: Your team is being decimated. Everyone's down to 10 HP or less. But there's hope, one more slash and the enemy's toast.

Kisaragi has the initiative so you tell her to attack. This is it...

"I don't want to, and you can't make me!" Wait. What?

Not really what you expect to hear when you ask your teammate to do something in an RPG, is it? Criminal Girls: Invite Only reimagines the obedient teams of traditional RPGs under a new paradigm. These girls didn't volunteer to help you.

They're delinquents who have been damned to an eternity in Hell. It's your job to teach them the value of hard work and guide them on their way out of the fiery embrace of Hell.

So who are the sinful girls you'll be turning into a cohesive and heavenly team? Let's meet them.

Kisaragi is the first firebrand in your troupe. From the get-go, her obsession with status and money are apparent. Her tongue is sharp, and her words can turn to venom. Turned in the right direction though, she can be a great asset to your team.

Alice is the quiet one. To call her mysterious would be an understatement. Constant whispers...

21w ago - Sony President and CEO Shawn Layden announced today that Vib Ribbon finally releases on PS3 and PS Vita in North America tomorrow.

To quote: Apologies to have kept you waiting...

Hey everyone! If you saw our E3 Press Conference a few months back you may recall, amid all the great games and oversized hand gestures, that I gave a shout out to what I believe to be one of the most iconic games from PlayStation's first generation: Vib Ribbon.

I wanted to give Vibri some much-deserved, though belated, screen time as I felt this game really captured the crazy that PlayStation was keen to offer back then... and look to continue now with our outreach to the innovative and indie game community.

I figured Vib Ribbon was a perfect example, and today I'm pleased to announce that Vib Ribbon will finally make a long overdue release in the US, Canada, Latin America and Japan this week, with Europe following next week.

First, some quick backstory on a gaming legend. When Vib Ribbon first appeared in the PSone era, I was working for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in London evaluating US and Japanese titles for possible release in Europe. One day we came upon a game developed by a team I admired very much: Masaya Matsuura...
