January 29, 2012 // 10:45 pm - Following up on the Sony PS3 Full 3.60 SDK leak from last year, this weekend El Nomeo has made available a PS3 3.70 SDK and PhyreEngine leak for both collectors and other PlayStation 3 developers.

Download: PS3 3.70 SDK (1.92 GB - 2,065,474,470 bytes) / PS3 3.70 SDK (Mirror) / PS3 3.70 SDK (NZB) / PS3 3.70 SDK (NZB - Mirror) / PS3 3.70 SDK (NZB - Mirror #2) / PS3 3.70 SDK (NZB - PAR2_Recovery) / PhyreEngine (529 MB - 555,396,748 bytes)

To quote via alt.binaries.boneless: These are links to download the NZB file, for downloading the 3.70 SDK, or if you want to search for yourself, search for 'PS3 3.70 SDK By TrueBlueGaryOPA' or 'TrueBlueGaryOPA'.

I've always wanted to give something back to the community and here it is. Hopefully someone will figure out a way of having this usable with PSL1GHT.

Install it by running the PhyreInstaller.exe, then when its done go to C:/PhyreEngine3006/Tools and run PhyreLevelEditor.exe. Navigate the viewport using the mouse wheel to zoom in and out, hold alt key and click the left mouse button to rotate.

Change the viewport by selecting the X Y Z values in the top left. To load a samples navigate to Media and select one in there.

Also for those who like tearing apart self files the levels generate their self files in the Tools folder.

Make sure you follow the PhyreEngine_Getting_Started_e.pdf, in the Docs folder. Then you can run the samples on your PC. Controls in the samples are:

  • Forward: A
  • Backwards: Z
  • Turn Left: O
  • Turn right: P

Sure you can find the rest when your running it.

I've discovered how easy it is to import and drag into map, try for more .dae models, looks like they may need physics.

Hope that will keep some of you guys happy, don't be afraid to like.

here is some info on Masterdisc:

rives and media whose operation has been confirmed regarding the writing feature are as follows:

- Drives
- Pioneer BDR-101A (BD 50GB is not supported)
- Pioneer BDR-202 (BD 50GB is not supported)
- Panasonic SW-5582
- Panasonic SW-5584
- Panasonic LF-MB121
- Panasonic LF-PB271
- Hitachi LG GGW-H20N
- OEM models that have the same product ID listed above
- Media
- BD-RE SL(25GB)
- SONY all 2x media
- Maxell BDRE25P.1P
- BD-R SL(25GB)
- SONY all 2x/4x/6x media
- Panasonic LM-BR25LD
- BD-RE DL(50GB)
- SONY all 2x media
- Panasonic LM-BE50D
- BD-R DL(50GB)
- SONY all 2x/4x/6x media
- Panasonic LM-BR50D
- Writing to BD-R LTH media has not been confirmed. Also, BD-R LTH media cannot be used for submission discs.
- A drive that supports BD-R Ver1.2 is required for writing BD-R 4x media.
- A drive that supports BD-R Ver1.3 is required for writing BD-R 6x media.
- Do not use BD-R media that are already initialized.

- The following drive has been confirmed regarding the restriction
for the creation of master discs:
- PLDS(Philips/LITE-ON) DH-4B1S (rev.7D14)
- Because of specification or bug of this drive, the drive creates Spare Areas automatically when writing image to BD-R medium.
Thus with this drive you cannot create BD-R master discs for PlayStation(R)3 by Generator and by commercially-available writing software. If using BD-RE medium, you can successfully create master disc with this drive.

I tried ps3chk decryption on a retail game ISO - eboot left untouched (CRC is the same). My guess, is this program is targeted only on removing masterdisc encryption, which is useless, as any of the files dumped via multiman is already masterdisc unecncrypted (and sos aid the "Verify" command from ps3chk). It has nothing to do with decrypting eboot.bin as self file, obviously.

Also, I tried unpacking eboots, the same thing, eboot is not touched, and the program gives a warning saying that this is not the proper elf.

Sorry for a little rant and offtopic here.

Then give i try. I already tried as he hase told and the eboots are 100% the same as before. Just use a checksum tool and you will see. Same checksumm = same file = No decryption was done

It maybe dumb, but it can be the key to decrypting eboots, as Nabnab hinted. Just a speculation, but I want to try out

I did download from the link, sir. It only contains the SDK, PhyreEngine is missing. You can also tell by its size. The SDK was about 1.92 GB, PhyreEngine was ~500+ MB. In total, they made about 2.4+ GB. The torrents had both of them, but they don't have any seeds.
Does someone have active links?

No, I didn't find it, maybe it is into one of those archives requiring log in. Why are you looking for the updated ps3chk?
