PSN Download Manager 3.90 is Released with Updated Links

Sponsored Links
199w ago - Hi, after the events this weekend regarding a domain issue I've had to release a new build to patch several glitches with premium memberships and some server side work to fix the advert not closing after clicking skip. In 3.90 these are minor changes, but we're required:

1) changed all server side links to pixolia.co.uk from pixolia.org. that's about it one small change to fix several issues...

Download: PSN Download Manager 3.90

Also I realised a few saying the advert got stuck, and in some / most cases people didn't click the skip button.

The advert shown at the startup will never close until you've clicked on the skip button unlocked after 5 seconds, it may take slightly longer on single core computers so be patient (old single core computers cause the multithreading to hang for a minute or two, nothing I can do about that.)

I've also reduced the number of advertisements on my website, I'm very disappointed by clicksor for allowing such issues to occur and have reported them to various sites about the risks they pose to consumer safety.

Due to these issues, I recommend you either purchase an antivirus such as:

Avast - http://adf.ly/1jtmh or download this free one from AVG - http://adf.ly/1jtl8

If anyone notices a url on the new site which points to pixolia.org please contact me via the live support or e-mail the 'admin at our domain' or feel free to pm me, (this may take longer, as I only check once or twice every 24 hours) and e-mails are usually instant (unless I'm asleep) or live support, which is definitely the fastest way to contact us or the forums which can either be responded to by the community / or myself (which is checked once every 24 hours).

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, and have taken measures to prevent this from occurring again (The domain issue and site sabotage )

Best Regards,

Pixolia Solutions LTD.

Hi, robe36.

That would most likely be the cause of the problem, as it's not compatible with the client version due to a dependancy on a few dlls

Hope it's too much trouble for you to install the full version,

I hope this helps.

And Hi, uklee and tommasi (Merged your question as one, hope you don't mind).

I'm aware 3.62 may connect but it has bugs, patched by 3.71 and there shouldn't be really any reason it's not working unless you've not got the full version of .net?

You may find your downloads corrupted, by the old versions however the latest release will allow you to download psn games from the store and they'll install (as long as you've paid for them) the psn has changed a lot since 3.62 was released and it may look suspicious on Sonys network if your using old connection methods etc and not there most up to date url's etc.

I highly recommend you update to 3.71, for your own safety you should be able to find everything you need on this thread.

>> Make sure you have .NET 4.0 Full (Not Client)
>> Tried disabling Windows UAC
>> Right click, run as admin.
>> A fresh install to a path containing no spaces (BAD = C:\Users\Im Dave Hi\Look at this space\ | GOOD = C:\MyPSN\Yay.exe) some people are lucky and it works anyway.

If it doesn't work still, can you post a copy of the error to see if it matches robe36's error? cheers that way I can locate the issue, or at least understand an exact cause.

yeh i used this app when it first came out to download all my 78 psn games. we need someone to make a tool that makes a new licence for them to work again i tried PKG and ELF Toolkit but it wont load the eboots from them or from the game folders that i ftpd them out of ps3 so they all need new licence now don't think the ylod has removed something from the files because they need new license now or make them into ones like the debug ones.

Hi, I'm afraid that I'm unable to help you robe36 as this issue seems to only be affecting one person, to attempt to fix it could break it for everyone else.

Can you clarify your using .NET 4.0 the full version or the client? cheers

Sorry, I can't be of much more help other than to recommend a fresh install of windows.

I would of tried to spent more time helping but our main key server is being ddos'ed by LOIC over 30 connections...

Have a good day,

Hey Jordandyckes,

I deleted the psdm dir and unzipped to f:\ and issue still there...of course it crashes and I didn't see if the error message is the same. I also tried uklee's comment and set the compatibility mode with both xp sp3 and vista sp2 but still didn't work. Had admin mode set on both xp and vista mode as well

Thanks

Hi, uklee.

Cheers for providing a solution, I can confirm your using the proxy right and the actual Playstation Store is under maintenance still. Hope this clears that up for you.
