December 28, 2012 // 3:07 am - Following up on the PS3 Mount Package Install Disc release, today PlayStation 3 developer _Exeedy_ has made available PS3 Alphabetical Sorter XMB Installer v0.1 for use with multiMAN PS3 game back-up manager followed by v0.2 with details below.

Download: PS3 Alphabetical Sorter XMB Installer v0.1 for multiMAN / PS3 Alphabetical Sorter XMB Installer v0.2 for multiMAN

From the included ReadMe file: Sorts PSN Games alphabetically in XMB!

Note: For use with Multiman

Only double click on the .zip file inside the "Installer DEV_FLASH" folder and install it (not extracting)!!! Now in XMB you can use the entry "last created" and it automatically sorts your games alphabetically..

Tested with Rogero 4.30 CFW
Should work on other 4.21+ cfws too

_Exeedy_

Iceman you are not allowed to use that in your awesome xmb mods

v0.2 Changelog: Changed "Creation Date" to "Alphabetical A-Z" now it fits better to the XMB (Only available for system languages English (us/en) and German at the moment). v0.2 only tested with Rogero 4.30 CFW. Should work on other 4.21+ cfws too. Other languages coming soon! Use at your own risk!

Update: I said "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!" and "Tested on Rogero 4.30". If you have problems use v0.1! Some people have problems with Rebug 4.21 CFW they said that they dont have a "Whats New" entry anymore.

Coming soon: Installer v0.2 and DeInstaller for v0.2 with Rebug 4.21 support!

Here is the DeInstaller for v0.2 Rogero 4.30: DeInstaller v0.2 - Rogero 4.30.zip

Now the issues with Rebug 4.21.1 should be solved. Use at your own risk!

Perhaps if you set all settings to debug mode and load the self as eboot.bin without npdrm... Don't know if you need debug-fself.

Still waiting 4 answers as you.

Cheers

ok, i just updated my Debug to 3.55, installed 4.01 base, then the dex pkg, but my games wont play. tried to install bdemu2, but its not working, it won't install.

where am i going wrong. i also set the bdemu to usb in debug options, & i'm downloading 4.01 full pkg to see if i missed something.

Well from version 2.00+ is good enough, imo but the one with the most features is here: http://www.ps4news.com/ps3-hacks-jailbreak/multiman-cobra-manager-mmcm-v04-00-00-no-dongle-required/

It works without any dongle.

Anonymous ?? It was dean him self. Also evilsperm thanked dean for the ram offset help for lv2 loader, sure evil need his help

The do well the brain washing stuff and hide the fact that dean, evilsperm, garyopa have something to do with the drm dongles. Evilsperm already have wrote a payload that can boot a retail >> dex converted console with idps mod in case it wont boot with 5 beeps as long you dont have modded the SC.

They playing well the game and fake the whole scene. Also for lv2 loader and the patched lv2_kernel. Before they lough about us and call us faker also for the debugger mode and now what they have released ?

Before all the months nothing hase come from them in case of help against drm dongles. Now we have started to work on that part and they first diss us and then magically release stuff depended to that work we wanted to do ?

Just brain washing and hiding the truth.

This weekend an anonymous PlayStation 3 developer has made available a MultiMAN v04.01.00 DEX Update Mod (20120204) PKG for those who own PS3 Debug / Test consoles and wish to enable game back-ups on it.

Download: multiMAN v04.01.00 DEX Update Mod (20120204) PKG

To quote: You need to install the mmCM v04.01.00 released yesterday first on your DEX, then run this UPD PKG to get multiMAN to now run & play games from your HDD

This makes the mmCM function as normal multiMAN on DEX machines running 3.55 just like on CEX, but of course without the Cobra exclusive functions!

Not much more can be said about this release, but it seems to work on QA flag'ed CEX machines also thanks to LV2_Loader and the previous dexl0ve posting

Showtime PS3 Media Player Version 3.5.003.ge7371.dirty (February 4th, 2012) compiled for multiMAN.

Download: SHOWTIME.SELF Version 3.5.003.ge7371.dirty / SHOWTIME.SELF Version 3.5.003.ge7371.dirty

Save the downloaded file as: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/SHOWTIME.SELF

  • Added: XMB videos and last folder visible in Showtime
  • Added: Return to multiMAN when using the EXIT icon in to top right corner of main Showtime Interface

Since version 02.05.00 of multiMAN you can update your SHOWTIME within multiMAN, by going to XMMB Video tab -> Press [TRIANGLE] while "Start Showtime" is selected -> Update.

You can also update your showtime.self by deleting it from multiMAN's USRDIR folder and play a video - you'll be prompted to download the updated version. Be advised that in multiMAN versions 04.00.00+ SHOWTIME.SELF is located under USRDIR/sys folder.
