March 25, 2011 // 7:57 pm - Today 2615863 has updated his PS3 homebrew application called PKG Downloader to version 2.5, which now adds more PlayStation 3 games and 60-minute trials.

Download: PKG Downloader v2.5 for PS3

To quote: The latest release is being released by a new name, TeamSOS. The new release of PKG Downloader includes more links + extras.

I was about to add European content but I didn't feel like the US content was complete. So i'm going to add demos too and and other US stuff, then I'm probably adding European stuff.

  • Switched Latest Update Host (Fileden, Still sucks)
  • Adds Full Games
  • Adds 60 Min Trials (Ps+)
  • Adds new splash screen
  • Adds new about page
  • New logo
  • Adds new Icon
  • Took off donations

Note:You might get an error for the update, like I said before its the file host, so just try again until it says something.

all patches, cfw, hacks, keygens etc are viruses or malicious software don't forget all these are designed to alter operation systems or programmes that are closed source and not meant to be touched only via original vendors updates, so for the safety of your hardware AV programmes will flag most of them as malicious.

Yeah, it seems it is the site itself that is triggering our AV's. Shortly after posting my last reply, I remembered that every time somebody in a forum links a picture or file hosted at ripway, I get a alert from my AV and it blocks the site.

d3adliner's Avatar gave it 0/43. There's no virus.

False positives do happen, however the other poster has a different AV than I do. Personally I would much rather play it safe, especially when two different AV's report a virus on the same file. I am curious, what AV are you using?

Are you guys sure its not a false positive because your accessing .exe file? I had no such reports when downloaded. I also just had my av scan my download folder and no reports there as well.

NOD32 Antivirus detected the domain like a malicious website.

sorry for noob question but i thought you couldn't activate dlc unless you have psn access and already own the dlc, therefore any dlc you d/l is useless?
