the DLC was released in Japan only. I downloaded them and they don't work with my US version of the game even though it installs and is in English on Game Data folder. Sigh. I say oh well... not like i was going to use them anyways since i have my 2010 Camaro at nearly 700hp and going 203mph lol.

thanks for the update. there are only a few ps3 related sites that i consistently browse, and since they aren't "mainstream" i guess i missed the notice that the cars were for japan only.

From what I read on N4G last week, it ended up being only on the Japanese PS Store, and as you can imagine lots of people were upset over Sony misleading people in not specifying that in their initial announcement.

Just wondering if anyone has already downloaded these free DLCs already. I can't seem to find how to do this.

I have the collectors edition. Only two of the cars are the same... as pointed out. The Jaguar-XJ13 is not in the collector's edition. They are nice to have yes. But, pointless to a degree. Meaning if it's DLC then you already have the game. Then you would realize these cars are nothing compared to the ones you "should" already have. Now if you are just getting the game now.

Then these are a nice add on indeed. I used mine to win many races right out the gate. While everyone else with the reg game only had 20,000 credits to work with. This game has been running pretty much nonstop in my PS3 since it came out. I'm 4 levels from maxing out B Spec already (level 36). I have the X1 Red Bull. I'm level 23 on A Spec.
