June 15, 2009 // 2:25 am - It looks like Final Fantasy VII isn't the only Final Fantasy game coming to the PSone Classics selection on the PlayStation Store.

The ESRB have recently rated Final Fantasy Tactics for the PlayStation 3 and PSP, meaning it's most definitely on its way to the PlayStation Store.

Let's hope with the second Final Fantasy title coming to the PlayStation Store, that there are more to come.

Maybe we'll soon get Final Fantasy IX, Ehrgeiz, Chrono Cross and other Square PSone titles on the PlayStation Store.

More details to come as they are available!

I'm glad this game is coming to PSN although the PSP version Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions was a great remake of it. I still have them both for PS One and PSP but for all of those that don't I think it's a great opportunity for them to try this superb game for the first time or to remember why it's one of the best strategy games ever.

I really do love this game and i have to give sony props for releasing this jewel on PSN. I personally do even think it vastly surpasses Final Fantasy 7 in terms of Gameplay even though they are not compareable

I am really very happy about this one! Unfortunately, it seems to me like this excellent and superb title got left behind after the release of all of the, what I consider at least, terrible future titles that carry the same name.

Tactics Advance and A2 both are awful in comparisons to this great original! I was worried that everyone had forgotten about the first and only good Tactics title and that it was gone forever. It seems I was wrong and for that I am very, VERY pleased! I am really looking forward to this one and I am very happy to hear that it is coming to the PSN.

For everyone who didn't play it when it was originally out or to anyone who played the 'sequels' and was disappointed, you have to GET THIS ONE!!! I hope that if Square decides to continue the series, they really need to look closer at what made this one succeed where the others failed. If they make more like this, I may regain a little faith in the company I use to love. Adding this to the PSN is certainly a great way to get that ball rolling though ;p

Sorry for the rant, just wanted to express my happiness and thankful-ness for the news on this one! ^_^
