What file system is the PS3 internal HDD?

I was just wondering that if ps3 can only read fat32 file system hdds all of which have 4gb file size limit.. Then what is the file system of the ps3s internal hdd that allows it to store files over 4gig in size and still is not fat32? I have not seen it anywhere anyone mentioning the file system.. Can anyone tell?

It uses it's own file system which is not compatable with anything.

so can't it be decrypted? Has anyone tried decrypting the file system yet?

under linux using grafs new drivers you have access to the hard drive, it uses UFS2 filesystem but its also encrypted (under linux its automatically decrypted as the hdd controller takes care of this on the fly) i don't think anyone's bothered trying to reverse the decryption process so it'll be usable under windows because there's no point.
