PSN Games question help?

There happens to be an interesting thread with PS3 Store Links.

I'm really curious about getting some of that stuff for my jailbroken PS3. I only tried once with Super Street Fighter II HD Remix pkg. I was able to install it, but not to run it, since I don't have a PSN account.

Is it possible to run those pkgs without a PSN account?
