    Attached are pictures of both sides of the drive. I took out the laser deck and fed the cable through there. Let me know if I did it correctly.

    However, I believe that the drive may not be complete. I will upload another picture showing all the pieces. Maybe someone can tell me what is missing. I may end up having to just buy another drive.

    Have you tried searching google for the PS3 bluray laser disassembly?

    Youtube has plenty of info on how to strip the drive.

    also this make sure were the arms are is most the time the problems with accepting the discs.
