Need help with Swap Magic 3.8 on my ps3?

I'm having a major problem getting this to run properly. I don't even know where to begin. My problem I can't get any of my PS2 games to run.

Can anyone point me in the direction for a step by step video for swap magic 3.8 coder. I'm looking to run my games from a usb.
