Can i browse the files in Internal HDD from XMB?
And if i copy game from external HDD to internal HDD and i aborted it, do the file that half way copied will be deleted automatically?

FTP or use Awesome Filemanager
Usually if you use some kind of manager to transfer games, it'll ask you if want to delete the files that have been transferred over if you aborted early.
