XCM Announces PS3 Controller Mod LED Analog Thumbsticks

Shortly following the XBox 360 news from the XCM Team, they have also announced their new XCM PS3 LED Analog Thumbsticks for PlayStation 3 console owners who wish to modify their controllers for a customized look.

You can check out their official page to see the 49 color combinations currently available to pick from!

To quote: If you're tired of using the convex thumb sticks on the PS3TM controller, you can now replace it with the XCM Concave LED Analog Thumb Sticks.

The XCM LED Analog Thumb Sticks is not only bringing a new joy for gaming but also built-in LED light. You are able to select between colors: Blue, Green, Red, Purple, Lime, Yellow and White (XCM LED Analog Thumb Sticks provides 7 various colors) or turn it off.
You can have 2 different colors on 2 sticks (there is a total of 49 color combinations to choose from).

We also give you another pair of LED analog convex thumb sticks as well, so you will have total 2 pieces of Concave and 2 pieces of Convex LED analog thumb sticks. It is a time to start enjoying the new gaming experience.

Are these third part controllers? I see no Sony logo... Well I guess it could have been painted over or something...

Correct, they are from XCM so indeed not an official Sony product.

I'd only get this because of the concave thumb sticks. I don't really care about the flashing lights, I'm looking at my screen when I'm playing not my controller.

Eh, I wouldn't buy any PS3 controllers or controller addons which have been inspired by the 360's controller.

They would be painted over (digitally), I've seen a few eBay sellers do with with various products, since they're not legally allowed to show the logo.

Not that it makes any difference whether they're official controllers or not. (you buy the analog sticks and add them yourself, not the whole controller. Hence it being a modification as the title says.)
