    You can't downgrade from it, cause it's not a firmware version. You might downgrade for it, but that'd be kind of pointless...

    ...because PoC/WIP stands for "proof of concept / work in progress" -- as in, not finished, not yet working.

    Try while connected to your computer and it will detect your PSP as a USB hub
