    Nothing occur... like you said, the PS3 will boot normaly but more long than usually and go to xmb...

    Ok I tried it with 2 ps3 and here are my results:

    1- Version of PS3 (SLIM)
    2- Firmware of the PS3 3.72
    3- Revision of PS3 CECH-2503A

    THE PSP 1003, CFW 5.50 Prome-4

    As you said it would the ps3 took ages to boot and when it did the "Unknown Usb Device" message appeared in the top right corner of the xmb.

    1- Version of PS3 (SLIM)
    2- Firmware of the PS3 4.00
    3- Revision of PS3 CECH-2503A

    THE PSP 1003, CFW 5.50 Prome-4

    As you said it would the ps3 took ages to boot and when it did the "Unknown Usb Device" message appeared in the top right corner of the xmb.

    Could you give some more information about the nature of these tests?

    How do I have to handle with this file? just put it on the root of the memory card?? I have psp 2004 with 6.20 TN-E and 1 PS3 Slim 4.00 and a 60 GB at 3.55.2 MFW. And a broken CECHK04 at 2.36 with boot problems. Maybe it would fix it

    Tell me what I should do and I say you my results

    it goes in your game folder which is inside your psp folder which is in the root of you memory card.

    Root>Psp>Game>PS3JIG.

    THE PSP 2003 Data-Code 7c, 6.20-TN-E

    2- Firmware of the PS3 3.55.2 MFW
    3- Revision of PS3 CECH-C04

    Response at PSP Display (Picture) and pretty fast boot + the "Unknown Usb Device" message appeared in the top right corner of the xmb.

    1- Version of PS3 (Phat)
    2- Firmware of the PS3 2.36 (Broken on)
    3- Revision of PS3 CECH-K04

    Response at PSP Display (Picture) + the same error so it doesn't changed anything.

    After seeing mrlowalowa's pic from his test on his 3.55.2, I thought I should add that my two tests resulted in nothing happening on the psp.

    Yup , but no problem.

    Hm , it seems that in the versions older than 3.55 and 3.55 the psp display a response...
