    Update: New version the v0.6 is available and now Jurai2s XMBoot is included. You can easely creat Custom Game pkg īs buy only pressing 4 buttons. Its a tool that copys the banner, icon, sound and video file of your game in our working dir.After that you have to set up a few things like the path to your game on the internal/external hdd and if you want to quick or normal boot the game. Additional you can use the new hermes fix. The eboot.bin is a forwarder with a small bootloader in it. So the Eboot.bin loads your game eboot from the provided game folder you have previours set in the main.cpp and boot it.

    For you it looks like the game is installed into the game category like demoīs or arcade games will be.

    Wishlist:
    Implement patching of files so you dont need to open and edit them.
    Implement eboot checkin app to verify if your eboot.bin is not corrupted.
    Maybe implement a update option.

    I can do with no prob. Next release will have a folder with all the files i use.

    Nice tool! everything works fine up to "9"...

    I get a message saying "./USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN is not a supported NPDRM SELF. (SYS_PROCESS_PARAM is required)" and no pkg is created

    You CANT use retail SELFīs !!! Its a Hombrew App for Hombrew use.This means you need to use a Dev SELF.

    Unless we are able to dump an decrypted SELF aka ELF out of the RAM we will not be able to re-encrypt it as a Debug/Dev one to use with JB.

    Just crap a debug/homebrew pkg and extract it.Change some things in the decrypted SELF and re-encrypt it.

    You will see it works fine

    Does that I mean that I can't package and launch compiled ELFs from the SDK on a JB PS3?

    Uhmm... Retail games have retail EBOOT.BINīs.

    The SDK is a Software Development Kit so it generates DEVELOPMENT aka DEBUG SELFīs.

    Since the Jailbreak puts the RETAIL ps3 into DEVELOPMENT modus you can develop a EBOOT.BIN and generate a installable PKG file for your Jailbreak ps3 with my Tool.

    Is it now clear?
