For anyone having issues transferring with this in CuteFTP (namely timeouts or frozen transfers), switch to FlashFXP. I've used it without incident since switching from CuteFTP.
Any FTP will work fine, tripellex. Just need to use the correct settings.
am i the only one who have extremely speed issues? i just can increase the ftp speed upper than 100kb/s
that's horrible, didn't know why.. i'm using LAN and static IP's.. my xbox is in the same LAN and has speeds up to 10MB/s
i checked ffxp and filezilla for transfering, active mode is on, ps3 is dmz on router, and i checked the transfering from 3 different pc's. no speed upper than 100kb. that's horrible for an 22GB big game ...
any tips here? or some ppls who have similar issues ?
My speed transfer went from 9 MB/s to 24 MB/s sweet, Thanks!
OMG this thing works so much better then the old one. I was so tired of being half way through getting a game over to my PS3 for the thing to crash. No crashes so far with this one. Thanks.
stable?! stable as crap maybe.. connected once, lost connection, don't know why.
can't connect since then PS3 rebooted, PC rebooted.. nothing.

> Fixed CDUP from root directory bug.
v1.1 looks like it will be an improvement, hopefully it works for everybody.
i saw a speed boost from 9mb/s to 12mb/s. Not a huge difference but ill take it. Im using a homemade crossover cable made from the straight cable that came with the ps3 when i purchased it.
seems blackbox may be the best option right now, but that doesn't mean CJPC's ftp is useless.
Whats the deal with /dev_hdd1? What does this mean?
