    Yea. I would also like to know what tools you used? I haven't had much luck with some of the tools I have so I would like to know too.

    This is the auto way but you have to copy over the extra files via FTP. It doesn't make a full PKG this way. This is how I signed all my homebrew/emulators. You get to choose 3.41 or 3.55

    As you can see how old these other posts are, that's how long we could do it so this post is not new at all.

    PC Engine = Japanese TurboGrafx-16 Emulator, and +Rep Jes03 for the additional clarification.

    The way the DH news was worded it appeared to be something new and adding in the Debug PKG file with a Spanish translation didn't help, but indeed the "no JailBreak dongle needed to run" seems to be the case for any of the recent signed PS3 homebrew posted.

    Yeah still on 3.41 here... and using my dongle... yeah I need to go ahead and sign those. I'm just afraid of losing my backup support besides direct boot. Wishing the 3.55 support came in sometime soon. Will it ever happen?

    I've noticed something nobody else has picked up yet. Remember how out in the wild you can download PSN games that only work in JB mode... Well, you can now sign them to work in non JB mode now. Even in the list of Debug and Retail PKGs here are a few.

    Just use one of the above signing ways and you have a PSN game working on a non JB console. As I am in 3.41 thats all I've tested on and its working nicely. Everything I sign works. Unless its one of those protected eboots that you cant decrypt. So far I have only 1 game that I cant get working. I'll have to find a debug eboot for that one.

    1 thing though, some games still wont work like "Lara Croft and the guardian of light". It wants you to log into PSN to confirm you brought it. As it cant be decoded I'm out of luck to get that one working yet. Just wait a few more days for team FOF or GeoHot to release all the tools or make new ones to get around them and all will be good.

    Why worry? Sign whatever you have and just use your dongle for backups. You no long have to worry about homebrew as its signed and works without dongles now even on 3.41.

    When you create those PKGs just remember to set it to 3.41 and it'll work in 3.41. (If its done correctly it'll work)

    I'm not updating from 3.41 till backups work. I will also not be buying any game till I can play it on my console whatever firmware I have it at.

    This isn't the first emulator to run without a dongle on 3.41. I ran SNES9X earlier in the week, the first signed EBOOT I tested.
