Play video files from a usb stick on CFW

    hi there!

i bought my ps3 last week. Iīm using kmeaw 3.55 and multiman backup manager. I already use tversity to stream audio and video to ps3 but i want to know if is possible to play avi (xvid) or mvk stored at a usb stick or external hdd. i read about a folder structure to make it works, but i still didnīt find the solution or somebody say that itīs not possible.

other question: is possible to load subtitles automatically?

    thanks everybody!!

put the avi's in a folder named VIDEO on the root of the USB, sadly no mkv support.

Doesn't "display all" solve this problem? Besides some video formats don't work on a ps3.

Also make sure that your drive is formatted to FAT32, as far as I know even with the CFW MFW NTFS is still not supported by the PS3.
