Video: PlayStation Move Hands-on PS3 Gameplay Footage

Earlier this weekend we saw a PlayStation Move preview from the Qore July 2010 Episode, and today CVG (linked above) has shared another PS3 hands-on PS Move video courtesy of Gamestrust via YouTube.

The video is approximately 14 minutes in length, and includes hands-on PS3 gameplay with the PlayStation Move motion controller showcasing footage from The Shoot, Sports Champions, Move Party and KungFu Rider.

To quote: "It shows off footage from The Shoot, Sports Champions (table tennis and Frisbee throwing) and our favourite, KungFu Rider, in which you roll around a city in Japan on an office chair, grinding on poles and kicking suited businessmen in the face.

It looks certain satisfy our lifelong desire to roll around a city in Japan on an office chair, grinding on poles and kicking suited businessmen in the face. All about it."

A little cheesy, yes. But the Wii started off in a very similar manner, and has outsold PS3 and 360 for a long time. I wouldn't underestimate the "casual gamer" market.

I don't care what the "haters" say about this, I"m really excited and looking forward to the Move. I own a Wii, so this is like a major update to me. My gf is really looking forward to this as well since she spends more time on Wii than PS3.

Haha. When the girl started to dash, the player said "Oh crap, that game is made by the Japanese, right? It's obvious!"

Here is the thing. The games are cheesy to the max. You have to come up with an implementation that will work with existing games or this will fail big time.

That's why I said it was a start. I didn't say it was a flop.
