    How to get this
    • Go to Settings > System > System Information
    • Press simultaneously R1 + L1 + DPad Left + Square for a few seconds
    • Release those buttons then immediately press the start button (and keep it hold)

    First Section

First part is about sections on other chips:

Just an interesting find really - makes you wonder what else may be hidden that has yet to be uncovered. Any hidden menus are always cool - be it consoles, phones or even tv's!

A normal user won't go to that screen in case of he could'nt do anything with this information. You even have read about that it comes from Playstation 3 Dev Wiki where Dev stands for Developer ?

Well I played with it bit, the only thing I found was that... "if you guys want it to stay static without holding down start."

    1) Just hold start... press up, down, left, right, on D-pad.. like going up/down on list.
    2) then press and hold PS button as if to turn off system/controller.
    3) Let go of start.
    4) press PS button again to exit.

and that's it... you have it static on the screen
and of course O will exit.

Holding start down for about 10 seconds before releasing also makes it static.

What's the main purpose of this menu; is it just to obtain info on some of the specs?

Like I said it's not a "menu" do I need to put down the definition of a menu?

All that shows is a "list" of random numbers and letters and what looks like half asked email addresses.
