One of these facts he shares is that there were otherideas they pitched to George Lucas, such as "a story about the earlyheroes of the Rebellion, a game centered on a superheroic Wookieecharacter, and a game featuring a gadget-wielding mercenary."

In discussing the time the game would take place, Rector talks abouthow George Lucas was very supportive of the The Force Unleashedtaking place between Episode III (The Phantom Menace) andEpisode IV (A New Hope), which is a period "previouslyuntouchable by any licensed Star Wars projects."
