    I know that there are glitches, but to insult the developers for something that is in the hand of the publishers is rather arrogant.

    This thread made me think. I wonder if they include a clause in the initial contract for patches and updates. I'm sure the bigger games have one; but then if they require something not covered by contract, the process of establishing who gets paid to do what would probably delay the whole process of squashing bugs for the end user. Never thought of it that way.
